No refunds. Cancel anytime. Pullyflow is a self-serve subscription. Payments — including monthly and annual charges and any partial billing period — are non-refundable. There are no prorated refunds for cancellations, downgrades, or unused lead quota.
How cancellation works
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. You keep access to what you have paid for until that period ends. We do not issue refunds for the remaining time in a paid period.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed once for the year and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop the next annual renewal; access continues until the end of the paid year.

If you believe you were charged in error, email team@pullyflow.com and we will review the specific charge. This does not change the general policy: no refunds, cancel anytime.
