Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PullyFlow platform and services operated by PullyFlow ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using PullyFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PullyFlow is a browser automation platform that enables users to automate interactions with web portals. The service runs on Cloudflare Workers and provides API-based workflow execution, screenshot capture, and data extraction capabilities.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and passkeys.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PullyFlow only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the terms of service of any target portal
• Access portals or accounts without proper authorization
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal data of others without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of any target portal
• Circumvent security measures, CAPTCHA systems, or access controls
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our service
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 workflow executions per month with 1 concurrent browser session.
• Starter Plan ($29/month): 250 executions/month.
• Pro Plan ($79/month): 5,000 executions/month, 5 concurrent browsers.
• Team Plan ($199/month): High-volume usage, multiple seats, shared workflows, admin controls.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe or Whop. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or downgrade to the Free plan.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet your reasonable expectations.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Your Data and Portal Credentials

• You retain ownership of all configurations, workflow definitions, and extracted data.
• Portal credentials you provide are stored as encrypted secrets and used solely for automation purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to automate the target portals.
• We do not access, review, or use your portal credentials or extracted data except as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our service depends on Cloudflare's infrastructure and the availability of target portals. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

• Target portal outages or changes to their interface
• Cloudflare platform issues
• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Force majeure events

8. Intellectual Property

PullyFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PullyFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your workflow configurations remain your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullyFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Errors, inaccuracies, or failures in workflow execution
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Changes to target portal interfaces that break your workflows

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
